Payment Methods

Paying at Coffeylegal should be quick and free of surprises. This page explains what we accept, how your card details are protected and when you are charged.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay with any of the following:

The options available to you are shown on the checkout page before you confirm.

How your payment is protected

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant. The entire checkout runs over an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection, and your full card number and security code go directly to the processor. We do not store them on our own systems at any point.

Currency, taxes and when you are charged

All prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free, so the total you see at checkout is the product price plus any sales tax that applies to your address. Nothing is added afterwards. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Order confirmation

A confirmation email is sent as soon as the payment goes through. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder; if it is still missing, write to support@coffeylegal.com and we will resend it.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing name, address and card number match what your bank has on file.
• Make sure the card has enough available balance for the order.
• Some banks block online purchases by default; a quick call to the number on the back of the card usually clears it.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.

If none of that works, tell us what the checkout page said and we will look into it from our side.
