Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of coffeylegal.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by EJHERJ WJE LLC, trading as Coffeylegal, based in Chandler, AZ. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate, current and complete.

2. Accounts

You do not need an account to buy from us. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@coffeylegal.com straight away if you think someone else has used it.

3. Products, prices and errors

We sell Home Care & Cleaning products. Each product page describes the item, its dimensions and what is included. We may change, discontinue or update any listing at any time without notice.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise; the tax that applies to your address is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free within the United States, so the amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. Despite our care, a price or description may occasionally be wrong. If we find an error in an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation, and we may refuse or cancel any order before then, for example where we suspect fraud, where stock has run out or where a listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order that has been paid, you receive a full refund.

To cancel an order yourself, email support@coffeylegal.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched it may no longer be possible to cancel it; in that case the Refund & Returns Policy applies.

5. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection; we do not store your card details. There are no hidden charges: everything you will pay is displayed before you confirm.

6. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states only. International shipping is not available. Processing times, transit times, tracking and what happens when a parcel is lost are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. The Refund & Returns Policy sets out the full conditions, timeframes and procedure.

8. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, graphics and layout of the Site belong to Coffeylegal or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
• scrape, harvest or copy Site content or customer data by automated means;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship with us.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaches these rules.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Site accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the descriptions and images are complete in every detail. Nothing in this section limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law or your rights under our Refund & Returns Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Coffeylegal nor EJHERJ WJE LLC, nor our owners, employees or suppliers, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or the purchase or use of any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EJHERJ WJE LLC and Coffeylegal against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute connected with them or with the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in State of Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version is published on this page with a new effective date, and it applies to orders placed after that date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
